Does anyone know how to go to the priceline store? I want to do an express deal which is only sold in priceline.com not through this website and it seems I cant get transferred to the website anymore to get wowpoints....stumped!

Best Western Plus Hill Country Suites - San Antonio
This is the worst experiance I have ever had on this site. I booked a room for 7/3/2013 to 7/8/2013 for a double bedroom suite with two queen beds with a full kitchen for 85 dollars a night. I called to confirm my reservation and was told to hold the line by rebecca that answered the phoen and was transfered to eric the operations manager. he told me that he was unable to confirm my reservation and that the room was now unavaliable. I was told if I had a complaint to call customer service and was hung up on. I called customer service and let them know i was a rewards member and was told to call priceline, cause I do not have a reservation in their system. I called priceline that told me that the location had no rooms available now and that my card would not be charged. then was asked since I was upset if I would like to close my rewards acct. I hung up. worse service I have ever seen. (1)

Don't use Priceline...Since I ordered From PL in OCT, they still have not confirmed my order, so no WOWPoints still they do...
