Good post. You make some great points that most people do not fully understand.

"Obviously you top this pizza with anything you want. The Focaccia crust and white garlic sauce are what make it quick, but they also give it a unique and excellent taste. If you’ve never had a white sauce pizza they’re not as much of departure as you might think. My guess is you’ll be asked to make it again, it sure got great reviews here."

I like how you explained that. Very helpful. Thanks.

Gary I think most people would agree that the best way to get a crispy crust is to use a pizza stone. You can find a decent one on Amazon for as little as $15 and probably a little more at a local store with a good kitchen dept. Of course you can spend a whole lot more but you may want to see how ‘into’ pizza you get before you go all in  You can also use UNGLAZED tiles that you can find at Home Depot type stores for about $1 ea. I stress UNGLAZED. If you go this route I'd suggest that you do a Google search for 'pizza stone unglazed tile' so you can see exactly what to buy and how people use them.

In lieu of a pizza stone you can bake the crust for a few minutes before adding any toppings. This works pretty well, but a stone will take your game up a level and help you get the perfect crispy crust.
